Join Dr. Arlene Dubier as she goes into styles of eating as well as certain nutrients that are not only important for your pregnancy, but can impact your baby's health as they grow.

November 24th @7:00pm 

​Presenter:  
Dr. Arlene is not only an expert Reproductive & fertility focused Naturopathic Doctor,  she is also an experienced birth doula and lactation expert.  Dr. Arlene will work with you to obtain realistic nutritional goals for you and your baby to be healthy & happy!

The session will. be around 30 minutes, leaving time for questions and an activity towards the end.  This event will be carried out over zoom and the link will be provided to all ticket holders prior to the event. Whether you are taking the oral birth control pill or have a hormonal IUD, the thought of discontinuing can be scary. Maybe you are looking to try and conceive in the near future, or using the pill to manage terrible menstrual symptoms such as period pain, or you have recently stopped and your period is now irregular. She has helped many women work through symptoms such as acne, irregular periods and PMS, as well as helped them restore ovulation and achieve pregnancy.
